WH Production Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: Jan 15, 2026
Business Name: WH Production
Website: whproduction.net

By working with WH Production, submitting a form, booking a call, uploading files, making a payment, or approving a reference, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

WH Production provides video editing, content production support, project coordination, quality checking, and related creative services based on the client’s selected package, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

1. Services

WH Production may provide:

Video editing
Short-form and long-form editing
Captions and subtitles
Basic sound design
Basic color correction
Motion graphics, if included
Revisions based on client feedback
Project coordination and quality checking

The exact services included will depend on the package, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

Any work not clearly included may be charged separately.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all materials needed before production begins, including raw footage, instructions, brand guidelines, reference videos, scripts, voiceovers, logos, links, and other required assets.

WH Production is not responsible for delays caused by missing files, unclear instructions, inaccessible links, corrupted files, late feedback, or changes made after editing has started.

Turnaround time starts only once the required payment, complete materials, clear instructions, and approved reference, if needed, have been received.

3. References and Creative Direction

If the client provides or approves a reference video, inspiration video, sample edit, or brand guide, WH Production will use it as the creative direction for the project.

The approved reference may guide the editing style, pacing, music mood, b-roll selection, cuts, effects, and overall video direction.

The client is responsible for making sure the approved reference matches the style they want.

4. Turnaround Time

Turnaround time depends on video length, editing complexity, number of videos, number of revisions, client feedback speed, team capacity, holidays, and technical issues.

Unless agreed in writing, WH Production works from Monday to Friday. Weekends and Philippine holidays are not counted as regular production days.

5. Revisions

Each video includes up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions unless a different number is stated in the package, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

Revisions may include text corrections, minor timing changes, clip replacements, minor audio adjustments, minor graphic changes, and feedback based on the original instructions.

The following may be treated as a new task or paid revision:

Changing the full creative direction
Requesting a completely new style
Adding new instructions after editing has started
Replacing most or all footage
Requesting a new version for another platform
Adding new scripts, voiceovers, or materials after editing has started
Requesting changes after the video has been approved

Additional revisions may cost $10 per revision unless another rate was agreed.

WH Production decides whether a request is a revision, a new task, or an additional paid change.

6. Reference Freeze Policy

Once WH Production follows the approved reference and completes the video, the style is considered final.

The following are not eligible as free revisions if they already follow the approved reference:

Overall editing style
B-roll selection
Music level and mood
Cuts and pacing
Changes that move away from the original inspiration or approved reference

If the client wants to change the style after the approved reference has already been followed, the request may be treated as a new task, new version, or paid revision.

7. Approval of Work

A video is considered approved when the client gives written approval, marks it as approved, uses it, publishes it, downloads it, or does not request revisions within a reasonable review period.

After approval, any further changes may be treated as a new task or paid revision.

8. Payments

WH Production works on a payment-first basis.

Production starts only once the required payment has been received and confirmed.

WH Production may pause work, delay delivery, withhold deliverables, or stop production if payment is late, incomplete, disputed, reversed, or unpaid.

All fees are exclusive of third-party transaction fees unless stated otherwise.

9. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started because video editing requires time, labor, and creative resources.

If WH Production delays a video by more than 5 business days beyond the agreed deadline due to WH Production’s internal delay, the client may be eligible for a full refund for the affected delayed video.

Refunds do not apply to delays caused by missing materials, unclear instructions, late feedback, new requests, added revisions, late payment, platform issues, holidays, or events outside WH Production’s control.

Refunds are not provided for approved videos, change of mind, unused package capacity, creative direction changes, or work already in progress.

10. Monthly Packages

For monthly or recurring packages, the client pays for reserved production capacity, team availability, project coordination, and editing support during the active billing period.

Unused videos, unused hours, or delayed submissions do not automatically roll over unless agreed in writing.+

11. Rush Requests

Rush work depends on availability and may require an additional 40% rush fee.

WH Production may decline rush requests if the team does not have enough capacity.

12. Files and Storage

The client is responsible for keeping backup copies of all raw files, assets, and final videos.

WH Production may temporarily store files for production and delivery, but is not required to store raw files, project files, or final exports permanently unless agreed in writing.

13. Ownership

The client owns the final approved videos after full payment has been received.

WH Production keeps ownership of internal project files, templates, workflows, presets, systems, and production methods unless agreed in writing.

The client confirms that they have the right to use all footage, music, images, logos, scripts, and materials provided to WH Production.

14. Portfolio Use

Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing, WH Production may use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, proposals, case studies, and promotional purposes.

15. Confidentiality

WH Production will keep private client files, business information, unpublished videos, and sensitive materials confidential.

The client also agrees not to share WH Production’s private processes, pricing, systems, documents, or workflows without permission.

16. Communication

Project communication may happen through email, ClickUp, Frame.io, Slack, WhatsApp, Messenger, or another agreed platform.

The client must provide clear feedback through the agreed review platform or communication channel.

Feedback sent outside the agreed workflow may cause delays or missed revisions.

17. Quality Checking

WH Production may check videos before delivery for spelling errors, export issues, audio problems, visual glitches, wrong files, and basic instruction compliance.

The client is still responsible for final review before publishing.

WH Production is not responsible for issues discovered after the client approves, publishes, downloads, or uses the video.

18. No Guaranteed Results

WH Production does not guarantee views, followers, sales, leads, revenue, viral results, ad performance, engagement, platform approval, or business growth.

Content performance depends on many factors outside WH Production’s control.

19. Delays Outside Our Control

WH Production is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions, internet outages, natural disasters, platform issues, file hosting problems, software issues, hardware issues, illness, holidays, client-side delays, or third-party service interruptions.

20. Third-Party Platforms

WH Production may use tools such as Frame.io, ClickUp, Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, Canva, Adobe, or other platforms.

WH Production is not responsible for outages, access problems, deleted files, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.

21. Limitation of Liability

WH Production’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or project involved.

WH Production is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, ad spend losses, business interruption, or reputational damage.

22. Termination

WH Production may pause or stop service if the client fails to pay, gives abusive communication, requests illegal or unethical content, repeatedly changes direction beyond the agreed scope, fails to provide required materials, or violates these Terms.

23. Updates to Terms

WH Production may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The latest version posted on the website will apply to future transactions, bookings, and services.
